Original factory key Fob question

Anybody have a working fix so I can attach this to key chain and not lose it.
Hate to retire a fully functioning factory key fob.

JB Plastic Weld ? Maybe if you could cut a small piece of plastic from something like a pen cap or something, you could JB Weld it together.

I had this happen to the key to my 2003 Matrix.. wish that loop was reinforced.

You can always go with something like this. I believe someone else makes a similar product. I haven't used either one myself, but they seem to have generally good reviews.

Do a search. Another member has an awesome solution by keeping the board and placing it in a different awesome casing.

You can also buy a replacmeent case with no electronics on line or at some auto parts stores

I bought a key fob case on amazon for less than $15 and it's been fine. Just swap over the case if it comes with the new motherboard.

I bought a new shell identical to my old one off of Amazon for $7. Swap out the guts throw in a new battery while you are there and it’s like brand new!
