Over heating after new head gaskets

Head gaskets are OK

Thanks Be, but the head gaskets are good. They are on the side they are suppose to be. Mechanic said he remembered when he put them on there are guide tabs that make going on the wrongs side hard, and they have "this side up" on them so thats not an issue.
I'll check on some of those after market gauges mentioned.
