I️ went on FB and posted about poor customer service on 10 separate posts on their wall....some contacted me with in 10 min. I️ got an email and multiple FB messages. Apparently the owner of the company is military along with multiple of his employees. They have some workers on TDY (Schools or at different posts than their home post for training), and a few on deployment. Being in the military myself I️ understand the hassle that can be but suggested to him to make a second automated email that is sent when you purchase an item and they will be short staffed due to training. I️ don’t think most people are upset with the time it takes to get the product at, more so the lack of communication and being left in the dark.

First off, thank you for your service and thank you to the owner for his services as well but thats still not an excuse. I'm not trying to bash them because of what happened between us as that is in the past. If anything, being military, you would figure they'd be more organized and have a better system in place. And if the owner is to busy to handle the day to day operations and can't oversee things, hire someone to help. I know of 1 man and 2 man teams that provide better customer service and communication than most corporate companies.
