Owners or Camburg ball joint uca's

Today I finally had some time to get the Camburg arms and rear Daystar spacers installed. Unfortunately it will be tomorrow before I have a chance to get an alignment done. Here is a pic of the drivers side arm installed.



Here is a pic before I got started this morning. The wheel gaps are pretty much even front and rear but the running boards are lower in the rear.

Yes they did. Going off of memory, I think I ended up with 3.0° on the drivers side and 3.8° on the passenger side. The truck does drive better with more caster.

Thank you kindly for the update. The local dealer could only muster .2 degrees of caster. I took the truck on a highway trip yesterday. Let's just say that I'm surprised I wasn't pulled over for what appeared to be driving under the influence.

With that said, I'm going to pull the trigger on a set. Camburg said they are supposed to add 2.5 degrees of caster. They also said by bolting them on it may also adjust my camber. Bummer because I just paid for an alignment a few weeks ago. Here's to hoping I can bolt them on and not have to get another alignment :cheers:

.2 degrees is all they could get?! I still had 2.7 on both sides with the stock arms so something isn't right or the tech was extremely lazy. Based on what I ended up with, Camburg's claim of an additional 2.5 degrees built into the arm is not accurate. Yes I did get more caster, but not 2.5 degrees more. And yes, I would get the alignment checked again after installing the new control arms.
