2005 T4R 4.7l V8. Installed DT headers/MF cats/CB exhaust and Hewitt Tech AIP bypass kit. Getting a CEL and P0307 misfire code. Changed out coils, spark plugs...no change. Truck runs great. The shop that did the install told me that noise I hear on hard acceleration, which I thought was something in exhaust rattling...steering knuckle touching header etc...was actually a misfire in cylinder 7. Anybody have any ideas? Fuel Injector? Dirty MAF cause a misfire? O2/air fuel sensors are original. Would the MF cats be messing with 02 sensor? Never had a misfire before DT header install...doesn’t seem like a coincidence.
