P0705 no start

I’ve been having this constant issue with my 2006 Toyota 4runner v6. The issue was a no start after any drive or when the car gets up to temp then shutting the car off and coming back to turn it on and i get a no crank no start I also get a p0705 code only when its not starting (Transmission Range Sensor "A"Circuit (PRNDL Input). I used to get it to start i would just let the car cool down and then it would crank right up no problems but now the car has sat for a while and i charged the battery and it will not start at all unless i jump the starter. I'm just looking for anyone else that had a similar issue I've been stuck on this for months and I'm completely lost. I did also throw a starter at it but nothing only other thing i can think of is some type of wiring issue to the nss.

Are you saying the engine will not start but it is turning over or nothing happens when you turn the ignition switch to the start position?

I found this information from Google on the neutral safety switch, which Google agrees with AuSeeker that it's the neutral switch:
The neutral safety switch (also called the range sensor or neutral start switch) on a 4th-generation Toyota 4Runner (2003–2009) is located on the passenger side of the transmission housing, bolted directly onto the gear selector shaft

From Underneath: You can reach the switch from underneath the vehicle (often accessible near the passenger-side wheel well or frame rail
Components: It is secured to the transmission shift shaft with a nut (typically 22mm or 7/8 inch) and a 12mm bolt, and connects via a main electrical wiring harness plug
