Guess I got a pretty rare one. Big thread bump, but used this thread as research when I was looking for a new to me 4th Gen. Ended up with an 05 Limited V8 4x4 with tan interior. Loving the color.

Bringing this thread back to life. Looking for wheels but don’t want to go down the black route. I’m sure the majority of you know PBM is a challenging color to find wheels for—I’m leaning towards bronze. Been searching for a while but would like some input. I’ve got 265/65/17s in great condition so I’m not looking to upsize my tires if I don’t need to.

this color is one of the ones i think look cool modded. similar to salsa red with black accents, or green mica, i think this blue with polished or black accents and modded w lift/wheels etc. is pretty sweet. the guy with the custom bumper and fenders has this color i believe and i think his ride is badass.

my buddy alex had this color 4runner in MA/stock and i thought it was bleh...i feel that way about most stock 4runners even though i respect their capabilities. i think stock 3rd gens look better than stock 4th gens.
