Paint Damage Question

Hey guys. Are other people with Anthracite Metallic paint having serious peeling issues on the hood and roof. Here are some pictures showing the damage.

What would you guys do to remedy this? I was thinking about doing a at home rough paint job but I don't know if it is worth it with a 97'

ether get someone to match the paint from the hood and roof to the rest of the body or do a color change. you cant respray a clear coat.
