painted grille, just wanted opinions

I would say to either color match the bumpers or paint the four smaller parts of the grill(the ones in-between the outside and the emblem) or both. Or just do the satoshi mod.

Yeah i plan on doing that aswell, but i wanna color match the grill to the body before i get started on the bumpers

Im going to do the grill aswell . And Id like to paint my chrome bumpers aswell one day, but Im thinking gloss black .

I painted mine white too and kept it that way for about 6 months but I just repainted about a week ago with black bed liner and I like it waaay better now

Do it!! I personally like the look of rhino liner or bed liner, especially if you wanted to fill in the inside of the grill. :thumb3: People take it further and rhino line the bottom half of their vehicle to protect against rocks and debris. It would help protect against pebbles flying up on the highway.

Same thing. Rhino linings is a spray on bed liner that is highly popular and recommended! :thumb3: Had it in my Titan, unbelievably durable and scratch proof!!

quite a few auto shops make paint in cans, i know that lordco does it, aslong as u give them your color code, but they charge almost $20 a bottle or something ridiculous like that.

Just painted my grille today, not quite satisfied by the way it looks, hoping it will grow on me, just wanted to see others opinion on the look.

White out the bumper too, that would be awesome!!!

I plan on doing the chrome area of the front grill. And if the color match is decent I plan on doing my rear plate bracket since its got a fair amount of scratches on it. Plus I think it would look clean color matched.


I also hate my chrome bumpers, Id like to paint them black. But Its a risky area to test paint on, plus the front lower valence needs to be able to flex.
