Painted Rims

I was wondering if anyone with the same style of rim I have on my T4R has painted their rims black, or some other color? And I was also hoping maybe you might have a picture or two to share. I love the color of these rims, but the coating is getting rough looking and peeling, so I need to do something. Does anyone also know what the coating is on these rims?

. Mine are just plastidipped as I plan on doing FJ wheels soon so this was just something temporary but they have held up well through the harsh winter. I did them while still on the tire and did a couple final coats of duplicolor rustoleum to ensure the longevity. An inexpensive way to drastically change the look of your truck. On your white vehicle it will really pop

Oh yeah, that helps me alot. I was thinking a satin black or a charcoal type of paint, but didn't know if the dark color would be too much. I love the look of your rig, nice job on it.

I was just looking at another guys build today [MENTION=67838]mireland4390[/MENTION] , and he did a charcoal almost matte grey on his rig. I actually like that color combo on our navy blue Runners, but also think it would look good on your white. The great thing about your color Runner is that pretty much anything will look good. I'm thinking I'm going to do a charcoal on the fj wheels(if and whenever I get them) Good luck and post pics!:rockon:
