pairing the right amp with the right sub

Hey guys, sorry for dumb question, but i need to pick some of ya'lls brains. So, most of your audio guru's know i posted the thread about my sub/cargo box i've been building. I got a ton of good info on everything, but decided to go the budget route and stick with my original plan.

Anyway on to the question, I just ordered this sub and am wondering if it will work with the amp I currently have? I've tried a search but i really didn't know how to search for this lol!

Should work out fine, The manual to the amp says Bridge power 4 output 160 Wattsx1. I'm assuming that's 4 ohms.

cool thanks! I was watching some videos on Youtube and it mentioned as long as my RMS power on the amp is more than what the sub is rated at It will be good. It's just my amp is so old, i think the RMS rating is different from the newer ones. I figure its was already powering a 12, so I cant imagine it being bad for a 10.

But then again all this new stuff and I want it!
