Park Light Power for Fogs

I am doing both part 1 and 2 of the Fog lamp mod.

I don't want the fogs on when the key is on, I want them to come on when the Park/Headlights are on.

In the underhood fuse box, where can I get a power source that is controlled by the Park lights? I don't even see a fuse for the Park lights.

Actually I found it myself. If you do Mod 1, your Fogs are on ANY TIME the ignition is on "unless" you turn the fog switch OFF.

I wanted the Fogs to come on when the PARK or HEADLIGHTS were switched on (much like OE). I simply made me a jumper wire, used the #2 post of the Fog Relay and jumped it to the green (HOT) wire of the left Park light.

Now I have:

* All the normal operations (OE)

* DRL's only in Daytime

* DRL's and Parks and Fogs in Daytime or Night

* Fogs with Low Beams, switched normally at night

* Fogs with High Beams and Low Beams, switched normally at night

Mod 1 is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I have no use for Mod 2...

ALLEGRO, I am guessing you want to leave the fog switch on all the time and have the fogs automatically come on when the parking lights are on. On the 3rd gens, we simply run the wire from the fog relay to the "tail" fuse which is convienently located in the under hood junction box. On the 4th gen, the tail fuse is located in the driver side interior junction box. Glad you found the way to alternatively jumper it. I really like having the fogs come on with only the DRLs as with the factory nav, once you switch the parking lamps on the nav screen goes to night mode. With the way I have it wired, you can keep the nav screen in day mode and have the fogs on...why one would need that is besides the point...but it is nice just before dusk :

I am hijacking my own post, but how do you get to the adjustment screws to raise the fogs?

iirc you use a phillipse screwdriver in a slightly recessed hole. When you slide under there you will see it. The screwdriver will be held perpendicular to the ground, not parallel if that helps you to visualize where to look.
