Parking brake rubbing when I rotate the wheel, normal?

Hey all,

I just redid all my calipers and brakes. While doing the rear, I did not have to adjust the start adjuster to pull the discs off, the new ones went on very easily. My question is this, when lifted, and I rotate the rear wheels, I can hear it rub. Is that normal or should I adjust it back until I hear no rubbing from the park bake shoes?

If the brake rotors came off, then back on easily I'd say the parking brakes are fine the way they are. Are you sure the rubbing sound isn't coming from the splash guard? I bend those all the time while doing my brakes. The new pads can rub for a bit too until they set.
