i have recently bought a great 89 4runner, but theres not a parking break and its bugging me, anyone have a web link or anything of where i could purchase a parking/ emergancy brake? iv heard of the electronic wheel lockers too?

What part or parts of your parking brake are missing or not working?
All Pro Offroad (or is Marlin Crawler?) sells a kit to mount a parking brake on the t-case.
The other thing you are referring to is a line lock. It is a valve that installs in the brake line at master cylinder. You put your foot on the brake pedal, flip the switch, and it closes to keep the pressure on the wheel cylinders. It does create a constant load on the battery when on use.
 
theres nothing, no brake line or anything.id be fine with justing all new stock OEM, just to have when parking on hills and what not

It's basically some cables and linkages. You could strip them off a junker at a salvage yard fairly easily.
