Turns out this part is only available thru Southeast Region Dealerships. Crazy but explains why Camelback Toyota could not find it in their system.

I had some old caliper paint I bought from Advance Auto years ago sitting on the shelf. Cleaned and masked off calipers and got the high temp stickers from a member here. Probably $25 worth of materials and an hours worth of labor.
