Part Identification

These were loose in the back of the passenger compartment when I bought my 4Runner. One was found in the floor of the trunk area and one in the rear footwell. I can't figure out what they are... 20 points to whoever identifies them first. 1 3/4" X 1 1/8" X 5/8"

My guess is something to do with the cargo cover?? Only because I'm missing the whole thing and I don't have anything like that in the truck. Although, while searching I found some dog pee, f@#k

My gut feeling is that it has something to do with the cargo cover as well, though I can't find any way it might...
