One of the screws holding the MAF in place on my '97 has gone missing, and I can't find the part number for it. Any ideas?

I came out with 90119-06005, that supersedes into 90080-11324.
The ones you have now has a collar/barrel spacer along with the bolt, washer and lock washer.
The part numbers above do not have the collar/barrel spacer.

Thank you for that - so Toyota does not list an actual "off the shelf" replacement bolt? Where would I get the needed collar? Sounds like a junkyard run is in my future, I'm just surprised that Toyota does not have a replacement part, I think that's a first.

Sadly, happens alot on older rigs. When they go over 15 years old it seems certain parts become unavailable. I have that happen on certain bolts etc.. :(

That's fair, but in my experience, old parts may become obsolete and discontinued (like that one last evap hose I can't find for the life of me), but they are still listed in the parts list. This bolt does not seem to even appear on a parts diagram. You wouldn't happen to have a spare, with all your rigs, would you? :)

Ahh.. They redid the drawings and just leaving the discontinued parts off maybe?

Actually I probably do.. you need the maf screws an collars for a 97? I look for you tonight.. :D

Maybe, but I've never seen that before. They seem to keep the obsolete parts in the drawings. I don't even see these bolts called out, they should be next to that 22250 part:

That would be great, it would save me a trip to the junkyard. Please let me know, I'll be happy to cover shipping and the aggravation.

Ok. Let me see if I can get it super clean and rust free. I put it in my evapo rust bucket before I send it to you..:)

Thank you kindly, I was just about to ask about the rust status. If it's really too far gone, I'll just probably schlep to the junkyard, but if it's mostly surface rust, I'll be happy to use it. Let me know, feel free to PM me. Thank you!

It's just a M6x1.0 bolt with a flat washer and a spacer crimped on. You could go to a hardware store and get a new bolt, Either see if you can find one with a washer attached or just get a flanged head M6x1.0 bolt. I believe the length for that specific bolt is something like 25~30mm? Just measure the length or take it with you. If you don't get a spacer just be aware to not overtighten it because that spacer prevents you from crushing the plastic mount, something like 7-ish ft.lbs of torque should be more than plenty to hold it on.
