Part number? Snapped bolt

Hey y'all,
Was trying to diagnose my loose parking brake and found this shoulder bolt to have a bunch of play in it. Went to snug him up and he snapped like a twig! Anybody know what p/n this is, or what would work in its place? Goes to the little arm on the drivers side of the rear axle. Thanks for any help

Should be 90109-06102, but that also shows it being discontinued. You may want to give that number to your local dealer to see if they have a new number.

Is 90109-06102 a shouldered or normal flange bolt? Just want to confirm which before I go any further. I think it's just a normal one

Needs two--top and bottom--same p/n.
