Local FJC is doing a SAS and I was wondering if I should grab the following parts from his garage. Looked on Partznet and found the following compatibility. Let me know if there are more.
LCAs -no
UCAs - yes
knuckle - yes
hub assembly - ?
Rack n Pinion steering rack - no
I assume that I can simply mount the FJC UCA+LCA+ steerring rack +spindle into my 4th gen and turn it into a FJC front end. Other than being nine years younger, is there any advantage in doing this conversion?
rear upper, lower control arms - yes
Front driveshaft - ?
Ebay says that the hub assembly is compatible using their vehicle guide fitment chart. But, the LCAs may not be compatible, not sure exactly.
