Parts pricing?

I've got a crap ton of maintenance to do this month.

Complete timing belt, drive belts, A/C cluth is about to fall off so i need a new compressor, rear main seal is leaking AGAIN (thank god for warranties), and new ignition coils and wires.

Where can I find the best deal on these parts? Ive done hours of research online and this is what i've found thus far:

Ignition Coils - about $55 each (need 3 obviously for V6)
Wires - About $25 for NGK wires for the set
Complete timing belt kit, minus Hydraulic tensioner (is this part mandatory or not?) - Complete OEM about $300, Mostly OEM with drive belts $210.
Drive belts - about $30, give or take
A/C comp - with clutch, ebay has a Denso for $200 new, drier and ex valve extra 50.

What Can I get away with not buying or not going OEM on to save money without risking quality?

I would appreciate all help. If you find any good deals I would also appreciate it. Im looking at a lot of money for just parts, plus labor.

If you want OEM call your local dealership and see if they will give you 'buddy pricing' on the parts. That's 10-15% off retail. That should save you some money if you go that route.

Im not sure if my dealership would be so friendly. I've given them no reason to be. I havent been an ass, I just never take my yota to be serviced there. theyre too expensive.

The only things I buy at the dealer are things I can't get anywhere else. If OEM is Denso (alternator, coils, sensors, many others), go here and get the Denso part number. Then check rockauto, Amazon, eBay, and partsgeek to see who has the best price. Google the part number to see if there is a good deal you missed. Use the same approach for things made by Aisin (clutch, fan clutch, fan bracket, water pump, others) Aisin Aftermarket Parts Catalog

On the timing belt kit--many of us on here have used the kits sold by aircabinman on e-Bay that are all OEM parts.

The NGK wires are fine. The dealer doesn't sell the OEM wires either--they sell Denso. OEM was Sumitomo.

This is exactly what I do as well. Used TheDurks denso link he posted in gerdos fuel pump thread to get my O2 sensor from amazon.
