(Passenger) Side Steps

A 3 inch lift is in my truck's future, and as some of my passengers have trouble getting in already with only larger tires, I'm looking for a small side step.
Something like in this picture, but obviously it would not bolt right up.
Has anyone done something like this?

my buddy's got one of them super high lifted rubicon jeeps, he's a short legged old fat man, what he did is hang a horse stirrup on a short rope he uses to get in then just brings it inside and off he goes, works great!

wouldn't it be cheaper to get stock running boards? the rope idea seem like it be cool!. also just to get a stole n keep it in the back so you dont have just one side with a step.

One of my buddies just brought up the step stool idea....ingenious lol.
And I drooped my running boards! They were getting too scratched up.

I also just picked up a 3rd gen with a 3” lift with the running boards dropped. I like the look but as this is my winter driver I’d like a step into.

Any ideas for a step for driver and passenger that isn’t as expensive as rocksliders with a step?

Anything around the 100-200 dollar mark?
