Perfect phone mount for the 4Runner

I have tried a number of phone mounts and think I have found my new favorite. Most mounts will suffice for holding a phone in a vehicle but I was looking for one that could withstand the jouncing associated with the 4Runner off road, a mountain bike and a Waverunner. I was looking for one mount to just share between them if possible. I had looked at the RAM X-Grip with a cord around the grips. I liked this solution based on reviews but then I ran across the Hondo Garage Perfect Squeeze on an ADV Bike site. This thing is build like a tank. It is machined from aluminum with rubber covered posts. It features a quick release button to approximate the size of the device and a wheel that has very positive clicks to really tighten the device down. There is no way a phone is flying out of this holder. I ordered mine with a RAM 1" ball on the back to use with a variety of mounts. Just passing this along for those looking for a good off-road mount.

It is meant to mount your phone in a landscape orientation (it is intended for motorcycle handlebar mounting) but can certainly be rotated to hold the phone in portrait. For those that are interested I believe they are prototyping an iPad mount.

How much?

Ran across these the other day. Looks like a very nice mount. I'll probably pick one up if I ever finish a mount base that I've been working on.
