Performance for the V8

I was researching how to bump up the power in my 03 V8 and saw the issue with the rods on supercharged engines...

Then I found this:

But of course they are discontinued.

So, are there any other options to gain horsepower?
I know DT makes headers now but then I read about someone saying they got prematurely rusty (like we don't have enough of that as an issue).
Did I also read someplace there are newer OEM parts that correct the issue? I'll see if I can find where I read that.


And to the guy talking about regearing: Regearing can give a little kick but then you run higher RPMs on the highway and burn more gas. So it can be a trade off (and is NOT cheap).

There's an outfit in Florida that makes pistons, rods and does head work on the 4.7L but I can't remember their name at present, If it comes to me I'll come back and post, sorry. Just remembered took a picture of their webpage ... XATRacing.com.
