I like the white letters on the BFGs since they aren't obnoxious like the Bridgestones are and for what you pay for BFGs you should show them off.

Finally someone installed 285 BFG's with a Cornfed Lift. I have been waiting for someone to do this for a while. Although I am going to be using 16" stock rims, I know the setup will not be the same, however, how much trimming did you do and also how much rubbing do you experience? Any trips off road to test articulation? Thanks.

Very little rubbing on the upper control arm at full lock turn.TURN YOUR WHEEL at full lock left or right and look at the inside of the top of the tire u will c where it rubs. No rubbing on inner fenders, trimming took all of 2minutes. I do alot of hunting so i've had the t4r in woods , big improvement on ground clearence.

My T4r is great offroad but its a daily driver, when i'm Hunting or taking my 4wheeler I use my FORD F-350 POWERSTROKE DIESEL . The t4r is better off road but i have a winch and alot more room to carry stuff in the ford. HERE is a pic.

Thanks for the up close shots. I think that settles it, I will definately be getting the 285's as long as I can still fit it in the garage. I think it should only be a .5 inch difference over the 265's. Awesome looking 4Runner!
