This pic was taken after a huge water hole... I will post that pic later! All of these pics were taken on Ocracoke Island, NC. I did not have the Dueler A/T Revo's at the time, so all of this was done with stock!!

This was definitely the highlight of the trip! By the way, the blue pathfinder stalled on the way out of this little stream!

This pic gives you a perspective of how deep the water was. We went back this past spring and the county had filled in the hole with dirt.

The 99 that is still a 4x4 virgin!!

This is my wife's 4Runner. Again, everything on this vehicle is stock. She will not let me take this one on the beach trips! Oh well!

Nice 4runner! Too bad it's your wife's! Well, just tell her that you need to use your 4wd system once a month...thus, this will give you an excuse to do some light off-roading (since you can't use 4wd on paved roads)...uhhh, of course, doing this to help HER car's well-being and has nothing to do with your enjoyment!

Thanks for all the comments! Does anyone know of any groups in the North Carolina area that likes to do light off-roading? Not really into the rock climbing thing!!

Hey Runnin,
I too live in Greenboro and would love to go to either Painter Blvd. or Belews Creek I used to do alot of trail bike ridin around here and might know of some trails local and have lots of buddys with domestics with 44' tires in case we need a hand gettin the yotas unstuck with factory tires of course being our only excuse!
