I am happy to join this forum as I have just bought my new 03 4Runner Sport. I took it out 4-wheeling here on Padre Island, TX and conquered a mean sand dune / hill that an Xterra could NOT. I am truly happy with my new Toyota.
Pretty stock except for the bug deflector and I had it completely rust-proofed by Ziebart (since I live on the water down here). Plenty of performance, tried all the different modes of the 4-wheel drive - in fact I didn't even need 4-Low!
I am just happy to join the 4Runner brotherhood.
