Pics of running board mounts on SR5

Some members were looking to see how running boards are mounted on the SR5. Hope these help.
Thanks for posting these for me! Just to clarify, do the mounting brackets get screwed into the metal floor or are they attached to the lip they wrap around? Sorry for the questions, I just want to be sure I dont screw them into something that would cause damage.

I notice that you have quite a bit of rust on your exhaust pipe and muffler already. I noticed that on my new 2010 4runner as well.
I find it disconcerting. I've owned several cars before and the Honda Accord I just sold was 10 years old and didn't have any rust on the muffler or pipes.
What the heck is up with this? Why would a brand new vehicle get rusty pipes so quickly? Is this going to be a weak spot on the cars? Will we have to be replacing these components every few years?

I just put a catback magnaflow on. Sounds a little better and I do notice an increase in performance (throttle response). I am trying to get a bolt on catback ready to go so I can ship out to whoever wants one. Also finishing up my sliders with a full length running board that I will take pics of when finished. I have some people here in Denver that will probobly be willing to make more of those as well if people here on the forum are interested.

Wow ,BFLAN .....Way to step up to the plate. Is the magnaflow smaller then that giant 55 gallon drum muffler Toyota put on? Count me in. Did you happen to see in the video of them building the baja rig as they used alot smaller muffler and it sounded pretty good.
Are your sliders custom made?SW has theirs in final production and will be out in a few weeks but are made to fit the TE's with KDSS.I'm not sure how the fits will be as I think they are going to have to design ones with or without rocker panels.I'm taking my rocker panels off anyways as my TE mudflaps came in yesterday so we will see.
Pics to follow...I promise! The magnaflow is smaller, not a lot smaller but definitly smaller than that massive thing they put on.
My sliders are custom made, I have made some in the past for old Cruisers I had. They are 2X2 1/4" wall on the main slider under the doors, and then 1.75 round 3/16" wall coming out for the step. I wanted a running board for my wife and son but did not want something that hung down or something that was flimsy like most running boards you find. These things are stout, pure sliders, with a hoop coming out that acts as a running board. Probobly put some flat steel on top and powder coat with a sand finish so they are not slick. It will be about a week or two unitl they are completed but I will get pics out when they are done and mounted on the truck. I am really trying to keep the price down and make them 100% bolt on so other people will have options. More to follow...
