Well, I have been waiting for the right time and been gathering my washing supplies to wash the car. I ordered most from meguiars.com and they came today!! I live in FL and it is too darn hot to wash the car until like 6:30PM so that is what i did.. Anyways, got it washed, dried and half waxed when all the sudden............IT FREAKING DOWNPOARED! It rains here most every day during the summer, but it was not supposed to rain today - go figure! Here are the pics - thought i would share in my misery - back to square one.....

Nice job! That sure is a bummer when it rains on your hard work. It seems that there is no normal rain in Florida. It is either sunny or the skies open up.

what special treatments did you give the wheels?

thanks ! I used meguiars "endurance high gloss" tire gel. there are so many grooves on my dunflops that it took a while!!
