Okay, I am not a master at the digital photos, but how do you get the size down to be able to post. I have cropped them down to 796000 but I don't know how to get them less than that. Any ideas?

I usually go into MS Paint and stretch/skew them down about 1/2 the size. This prevents cropping out any details you'd like to get in the picture.

You need a program that will convert your images to 480 X 640.

Do you have any program like Adobe Photoshop or MGI PhotoSuite? Those are the two that I use to crop and scale. The least expensive way to do this is by using the way that bstboy described. If you have Windows, you have MS Paint!

If you are still having trouble, you can e-mail me the photos and I will be happy to scale them down for you and e-mail them back so you can post them.

Go here http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx and get the image resizer. You can resize one or a batch with a right click of the mouse. Can't imagine anything easier.
