Your terminology is confusing, "pigeon toed" makes me think you have a problem with the toe-in, where the tires are aimed inwards toward the center of the vehicle, but I think you are saying you have an issue with the camber and the tires are tilted outwards at the top/positive camber?
Did you have the front end aligned after installing the lift?
If not then you maybe able to get it corrected with an alignment, and yes it can be corrected with the correct aftermarket UCAs if they can't get it back into specs with the OEM UCAs.
