Pioneer Head unit problem

Ok, so I have a really weird problem. Havent been able to find anything on it anywhere. Ill plug my phone in via USB, turn on a song and it will play for about a minute and a half then will fade out and start the next song on the playlist from 36 seconds in. Does this with every song, and every persons iPhone that i have tried it with.
So it cant be my phone, I have no idea what this could be.

What is the model of your head unit?
Mine is the a Pioneer DEH-X8500BS which has "MIXTRAX," never used but is supposed to mix and blend the songs you have randomly if your head unit has "MIXTRAX" that would possibly be the problem, you maybe activate it without knowing.
