*Edit (meant the front) I Would like to get review of folks that have these installed on their 5th gens - Mine front are on the shelf currently as I am awaiting some free time (yes I know its only two bolts.....) and will be interested in the rear when they are released
Well I'm glad you made this thread because I have TONS of good info for you.
First things first. Amazing build quality. Like anything at a reasonable price I always question build and other things. These things are legit. Beautifully made. I wish I would have taken some photos before I installed them, but whatever. Live and learn.
Immediately have made a difference. Have a lot of dips around my area on the paved roads, so of course I went over them a little faster than normal. Definitely didn't feel as much of a jolt as I normally would.
I'm hoping I can get his rears in time for my upcoming trip, as I'll be on a ton of washboard road, but I think they're almost finished, so I'll have to test those out after I get back.
I think the important thing here is that he's a small business. Not talking small, big business, but literally from what I've understood a one man show. Classy guy, answers questions immediately, and always willing to help if for some reason you are confused on something.
Makes tons of sense why a company like Timbren was trying to steal business in his thread, multiple times, then after failing was asking for photos. Guess they saw they had legit competition and probably started threatening to pull out because I don't see why else, as you stated above, he's the only one being targeted this way.
With that said, I'm not biased, if a product is crap I'll say it, but when his are $76, you'd be a fool to pay $77 or anything more anywhere else.
Here's a pic again to help see the difference. Of course you'll have to install to feel it.
