If everything is new and you still run hot I'd think about a new radiator. Or a really good cooling system flush with the nastiest cleaner.
Please Help, Cooling Issues and I'm Confused!

Worst case scenario pull your thermostat and put in a 170* or 160* thermostat. I'm running a 160* right now, but that's because of the supercharger.

Sorry you have to run a 160*..... Tell you what. Give me the 160* and your SC and I'll give you my BRAND NEW 180* TStat!!!! Sounds like we would both be much happier!
ound:Thanks for all the input everyone. I appreciate it! I have my parts ordered from the Dealership (Camelback Toyota) and I should have them next week. Going to head out to the shop and verify I have a 19MM Deep well and all should be warm and fuzzy.
