Please Help With Heater Line Part Numbers

Well my trusty '96 (with rear heat) has recently developed a couple of coolant leaks from the rear heater and heater core lines/fittings under the hood. The first leak was the hose I have labeled "NEW", I have since replaced it. Now I have noticed the circled steel T-fittings are corroding and there is coolant leaking out of the hose cross sections. The photo was downloaded off of T4R just for reference, my stuff isn't this new looking.

I would like to replace all of the pictured lines, T-fittings and hose clamps at once and be done with it but I am having a hard time finding part numbers, especially part numbers for the T-fittings. The ONLY part number that it might be is in the first link below but I have a really hard time thinking that they cost that much, in addition to the cost, there should be two different part numbers because the T-fittings are not identical. Perhaps the part number below is actually for the entire assembly?...doubtful I know but I don't know what else to think. Thoughts?

The second link below is for new silicone hoses that I might just go with instead of trying to determine OEM part numbers for all of the hoses in the picture. Even if I go this route I will still need the new steel fittings. They look somewhat special and am not sure if regular auto parts stores will carry them. Thoughts or suggestions?

not sure about the parts your looking for but it looks like your missing a ground strap from the passenger side head to the fire wall. There is a screw you can see that is just left of the heater valve with no ground wire attached to it.That ground being missing could cause electrolysis problems in the cooling system or other electrical ground issues :usa:

Go to the Toyota owners page and then find the parts section. They have very useful parts diagrams that you can look through to find your part numbers.

The older 3rd gens pipes to back heater are steel lines, while the later models are (Stainless "xctbtbm83). I used part number #87248-35061 on my 98 and 97 4 runners as they were steel originally but now are Stainless ( thanks to xcmtb83 pointing that out). I also believe they discontinued those steel lines anyhow.

Same here. Oooh, look at that shiny rear heater line. *snag*

When I took off the steel lines on my '99, there were a couple of *very* thin spots under bubbled paint that popped open when I bent them slightly. I figure I beat a coolant leak by a matter of a few months.

Oh. my bad I didn't think they use stainless... I have another set for my 97 5 speed.

If you can't find them in a salvage yard they were around $100 new. My 98 Silver ones someone made new lines for it out of steel in its past.
