please help! P0300

I just got a 2000 4runner and its a pos! It is misfiring and we have changed all the normal solutions and it still runs like crap! So we want to check the fuel pressure but have no idea where the port is! I'm a girl who is just learning 4runners. Put me under a hood of Fbody and I can make anything happen but I'm sooooo lost with this 4runner! Where is the test port hiding? The code I'm getting is a P0300 what is that?
