Plug Wires and Date ?

I was thinking of changing out my plug wires on my 98 ( bought the truck a year ago) and noticed that the ones on there now are made by Summitomo and besides the PN is what looks like the year of mfger . Anyone else have these wires ? Is that 2007 just part of the PN or would that be the year of production ?

If they are a year old I surely wont bother doing them .
