plz recommend a bodyshop in San Fernando Valley

Hello,

My 06 Runner (SR5) got into an accident today. It got rear ended by a sedan and bumper, muffler, and etc. were damaged.
If anyone saw it, it happened on 118 East just past Sepulveda around 8AM.

Would you please recoomend a reputable bodyshop for me around valley area? (preferably the one you have good experience with and close to Canoga, Chatsworth, Granada, Northridge area because I can't drive past 40mph)

Also, what else could have been damaged by this accident? I know the muffler got pushed. Not really sure what other internal damages I should look for.

You seem like you really care about your car. So why not take it to the nearest Toyota dealer with a service department that does body work? I used to live in Burbank, but I'm not that familiar going up north into the valley. I'm pretty sure there's a big Toyota dealership off of Van Nuys Blvd. in Van Nuys.


I had to get my front bumper replaced and took it to a Toyota dealer also (you wouldnt believe how many parts go into replacing that front bumper). But they did a very fast and competent job. Came out perfect.

I know Thousand Oaks Toyota does great work. They repaired my dads Camry, and it looked great. I had two shops do work on my Tacoma, and they did crappy work.

You could always have it towed.

Norms Autobody on Sherman Way in Canoga Park is really good. They remove all trim pieces and hardware and even the auto glass before they paint. after my vehicle was repaired it looked like I was looking in a mirror. That's how perfect the paint job was

thank you everyone for posting. i dun think most dealers do their own bodywork unless it's replacing bumpers/wheels/modling type of work. i'll try to contact few dealers and see who they use and check out that place in sherman way. i appreciate all your help. thanks!
