Man I hope I get a second vote soon. After half a year of trying to talk my wife into a 3rd gen for her, I finally got one for me with the plan to sell my Tacoma...only problem is she won't stop stealing it and I am still in the pickup.

I was just giving permission to seek a second one today, so the hunt is on.

Really was not too worried about the year - just knew elockers were offered and wanted one.

I actually like the pre 96 square look but prefer the 3.4.

I have a 98' SR5 V6 auto with an engine from a 2001, does that count??
My Wife is giving me the gears about selling my baby to my youngest son!! He and his friends are getting into off-roading (his bud keeps getting his Ram stuck!). We went off-road a few times this year and had a great time. I bought a Celica this Summer, as a daily driver, and for some reason my Wife thinks this purchase has somehow shifted my interest in my 4Runner!! There is no doubt the Celi is fun to driver but the 4Runner is my baby AND it tows MY boat! The Celi is a DD--- a sexy Corolla really... why the heck would I swap it for a 4Runner??
