Popping/Clicking sound coming from lumbar area of drivers seat when I accelerating.

At around 35k miles I had my seat frame replaced because of the obnoxious crack/pop sound that came from the right side of the seat bottom. I am at 46k now and the seat is just starting to do it again! If music is off it is quite annoying. I am 180 lbs so I never thought I would have this problem. A very frustrating unresolved problem by toyota. If I have to they will be replacing my seat under warranty.
