We bought this camper brand new in June of 2002. In that time we have taken it on dozens of weekend trips and some extended trips too.
Everything has been a joy to work with -- the air conditioner and refrigerator both do a great job at keeping cold, and the AC unit has a heat strip as well.
We regularly maintained the axels and wheel bearing, and washed the camper inside-and-out quite often. All the fabric is intact, and we have never experienced leaks.
One bunk-end is a king size bed, and the other is a double. The dining table folds down into almost a double bed size as well. There are quite a few cabinets for storage, and we have removed the freshwater tank and plumbing system for added storage.
The awning is clean and intact, and is assembled very easily. This camper has never been cooked or smoked in, and has been garage kept when not in use.
Lift system, jacks, and hitch all perform well.
It tows very easily weighing in at I THINK 1600 lbs, more or less. Our tow vehicles was a 2002 Explorer Sport with a 4.0 V-6, and we have seen the same model (and larger) towed behind minivans.
