Porsche 930 boots

My CV's are starting to tear, and im getting 2 OE axles from a buddys runner hes parting out and I would like to reboot them with porsche 930 boots.

I have seen numerous posts of people saying they think they work and they know a guy who knows a guy that runs them, but who here has actually ran 930 boots? Ive also heard that allpros extended boot is just a porsche 930 boot.

So, whos got em? pics? reviews? anyone?

Allpro's are orange in color, they have less fins and such...BUT are overpriced IMO. There was a writeup somewhere about a modification that you can do with stock or universal boot kits in order to extend them so the fins dont rub as much. Something to look into.

I am planning on pulling my cv's on monday morning and swapping to some napa brand cardone set while I rebuild my OEM boots. I am taking this route:

Kartek Off Road - 930 CV Boots that site has porsche 930 boots, the brand is Bates and they are what alot of guys at ttora and pirate have used in tacomas 95.5-04 and 3rd gen 4runners I would give them a call and such, ask which one would fit a 3rd gen 4runner ect.
