5th gen 4runner OEM cv axles fitment

4th and 5th gen have exact same axle but the boots on the 5th gen are supposedly a bit more heavy duty.

Where did you get the new axles from and what was the cost? I need to do the same.

I just put in the new 5th gen cv axle part number 43430-60083 on my 2005 v8 AWD/4WD with the new axle nut that you need and everything looks and runs great. Just in case this gives someone the reassurance they needed.
