Possible 4runner Purchase

Good evening all. New here to the forum and I'm hoping yall can provide some insight.

At the moment, I'm a Ford guy, love my F150. However, I've got a child on the way and was lookin at SUV's. The vehicle of interest: 2003 Sr5 V8 4 Runner. 93K miles, asking price from reputable dealer, $11900. Clean Carfax, 1owner.

My questions:

1. Theres the cliche that this 4runner at this mileage is just being broken in and has another 100K to go. I feel so reluctant on buying a vehicle with close to 100K but its a damn nice vehicle and the history/name speak for itself. Although I'm not huge on Toyota, everyone in my family is and they just keep running. Is this a solid purchase at the numbers above and should I really stop worrying about the whole 100K mile platueau? Does this vehicle really have alot of life left?

2. Timing belt in the v8 Ive been reading. I'm going to try and get this done/included in the asking price. Is the recommended at 90k? How about spark plugs? Are there accesory belts or a serpentine?

3. When I go look at this, any must do 'tests' to make sure everything is up to snuff?

4. Has cassette and cd player, oem. Was their an OEM Nav option for the 03?

Think thats all I have for now. Really appreciate everyones time.

yup, plenty of life left! T belt needs to be done at around 90k, if the plugs & coolant weren't done yet, do them, suppose to be good to 100k, change air filter & cabin filter, unless its 2wd, make sure the 4lo & center diff. lock works, i assume u know the v8 4x4 is fulltime 4wd, if ur in the NE check for rust & seized brake calipers, since its an sr5 u may also need new shocks, for an 03 make sure u also check the wheel bearings, u may have the driveshaft thump so grease it. thats the quick list, im sure i forgot some things.
