So i have a 87 t4r sr5. i just replaced the head on it. got it to start and run for about 45 seconds. i can't get it to idle. and now i can't get it to start. i have good compression, spark, ect.... Im thinking that my fuel pump has gone out. if i let it sit over night then try to start it again, it will run for about 30 seconds. I tryed starting it today. i wouldnt go. then i replaced the fuel filter. it ran for a few seconds with my foot in it. and now nothing. let me give you a little back story on this runner. its an 87, it has 320 thousand miles on it. this is like the third engine. i has been sitting since 2007 with a full tank of fuel in it. im thinking the fuel is the problem. any suggestions?

ya it turned out to be the fuel. its kinda weird! it ran (like crap) going into the head rebuild. But after the build i couldnt get it to go. i think that is really weird! But its all good now. i ran it for like an hour last night. it purred like a kitten! Now onto the other tasks.
