well was filling up with gas last the other day and the i guess the sensor on the pump wasn't working so it tottly over filled my tank with gas gushing overspilling. so heres what i have noticed my range did not reset or go up it just going down like it did b4 and my gas indicator on the tack has not drooped/ gone down yet i have gone about 70miles since fill up. should i be concerned or what should i do?
thanks

In spite of being the wrong thing to do I top my '07 to the brim all the time.

1) If I top off from more than 3/4 of a tank then my range doesn't really increase.
2) On mine it can take up to 100miles on a tank for the needle to come off of full.
3) My guess is you're just fine and by the time you get to 1/2 tank the range plus the trip meter will look very 'normal'.

That happened to me before I drove to the beach a few weeks ago, only time it has happened. The range never went up, but I realized as I was driving, the range went down very slowly, so by the time I got to the beach, it was reading about what I would have expected it to be after driving ~300 miles. Make sure it doesn't decrease at the normal rate, and you should be fine.
