possible to have keyless entry with no alarm?

i know i posted about the alarm before so i apologize in advance. i can see i probably cant get an rs3000 unit for the VIP sticker thats on the window since i can see its been cut out and there is no module under the seat or under the dash or steering colum. and i believe they are discontinued from a friend that works with me (toyota mechanic, i work as a guy that moves the cars to the back for service) but is there anyway to get an aftermarket keyless entry system and program a facroty remote to it? i want to be able to roll down the back window also from the remote but if thats not possible ill just have to go aftermarket key fobs also..

also i searched the form but didnt see anything about using OEM or replacement toyota key fobs with an anftermarket system... so if i reposting a duplicate and didnt see it please jsut direct me i dont mean to be burden!!
