Post Lift Question

First things first, thank you to all of you for the wealth of knowledge in this forum for people who are needing questions answered for lifts or anything in general.

That being said, I had my Toytec/Bilstein 3" lift installed last night. They said the rear axle sits off to the right about 1/2 inch after the lift. They said this is common after a lift is installed on any vehicle and can be corrected with another $300 part from Toytec.

Is this really common? Is it ok to leave like this? What are the repercussions?

Yep, common. Many manufacturers sell adjustable bars, so take your choice.

The axle is also move back in the other direction when the rear end squats, etc.

When I lowered my Mustang years back it did the same thing ... had to get a Whiteline adjustable Panhard bar to center the axle.

i just lifted mine and noticed the same thing. The last thing I want to do i ruin something by not getting a part i need.

Sonoran steel makes a nice one too. Ran it on my 2013 with kdss without issue.

I don't have KDSS on mine. I there going to be a issue if i don't get one?

It's not necessary with 3" of lift or less. Most of us on here do not run them. I have had zero issues without it.
