I doubt he'd waste his time with that. BUT you've got a lot of spare time it seems. Read up on threads in this forum. It kinda sucks not having much interaction...but bringing up old threads specifying what you want...quoting people will get you some good interaction. What you're doing w/ absalom is childish. He knows a great bit of information. Dont take anything personal on the interwebs.
What do you want out of your truck? JUST looks and a good height? OR --- full on / off road capability?

"=/=" is shorthand, or web-speak, for "doesn't equal". I believe it's an old programming code used in early Java, but I could be wrong about that. So I had originally asked "when did this site become so obsessed with form over function?" This was in reference to the OP placing such a massive emphasis on the aesthetic appeal of a suspension lift.
So when you ask if "Toytec's overall quality is for looks?", what I believe you're asking is "does Toytec only produce products with aesthetics in mind?" So I was clarifying my original statement by saying that my opinion of some members of this forum, are not consistent with my opinion of Toytec's offerings.
Does that make more sense? I understand if you're not familiar with the "=/=" symbol that it might be a little confusing, but it's actually a pretty neat little way to express a lot of words very quickly.
Oh, I totally would waste my time with that. I'll take any excuse I can to procrastinate from doing actual work.

I just think its funny when I do check thks page and I see that sort of stuff I just laugh but anyways I want it to look good and I want it to be capable of offroading not extreme offroad im not going on rocks and screwing up the bottom of my truck just trails and mudding

Ah ok, it's good to know what you're looking to do with your truck. If you don't plan on doing much rock crawling (I imagine it's rare in Alabama anyways), then you might consider doing brand new OEM '99 coils with new OEM shocks. This will give you a nice boost in height, but still make it very fun to drive on the street. Since you'll be doing mudding (wish we had more of this in AZ), I'd recommend some beefy mud terrains. At 15, you may be on a budget, so I'd recommend the Treadwright Guard Dogs..
There are a few other, very important maintenance items you'll want to take care of as well, which I've listed here under "Budget OEM Refresh". But at the end, you'll have a very capable truck that will be amazing on road and off road, it also won't cost a fortune, and yes ... it will look badass.

I already bought a toytec 3 inch lift with bilstein 5100s front and back and im getting toyo open country at 2 or general grabber at 285/75/16 all terrain because places ill go aren't really really extreme and theres absolutely no rock crawling places here

Well, that makes the lift decision easy. Which year and transmission do you have? I ask because there are different gear ratios available in different models of these trucks. If you add 33" (285/75/16) tires, it will make your truck much slower than it is now. Especially considering that both tires you're considering are E rated tires, which are MUCH heavier than C, D, or P rated tires. If you absolutely must do a 33" tire, you may want to look at Yokohama and Treadwright, as they make a lighter, D rated tire. If you're flexible though, you might look into a 32" tire. Nearly the same size, but much lighter, and much less of a speed loss. I love the 265/75/16 Duratracs in load range C. Or if you want even cheaper, check out the 265/75/16 Guard Dogs.
Before I was 95 years old, I used to also be young. Here's me at 16 I was an idiot back then, and made a lot of stupid decisions. But I remember that when folks treated me like an adult, I was more open to their input and advice. I guess I'm just trying to treat this kid like some of the folks in that thread treated me (the patient ones, lol)why do you even tryhwell:
