Not nearly as nice as either of those but mine hasnt been used in about 3 years since I moved out of Alaska. Dont get much snow where I live now, and the mountains are about a 4 hour drive :(

Ride a Never Summer Raptor in the 169 length and can not wait for the first flakes to fall. I miss you Tahoe!

My board is 2 years old now, and love the thing to death.

I work at Northstar and love the park but I've had an Alpine pass for the last 5 years and love the vertical and pow!

I'm planning on taking a trip down there this season (late Jan/early Feb). Maybe you can hood up some lift passes???

This thread is making me excited for the hills to start making snow! I wish I was out in Frisco, a-basin is open and many others soon to come! 33 more days till the star is open!

I'd love to hit up some Norcal mountains, however I'll be here till the 2nd week in dec. Think I'll be able to hit up some of the local mtns before I go back to socal? Which mtn would you suggest on riding, I'm I brought up my terrain park setup and left my powder/back country board at home.

Park= Northstar, maybe Boreal or Squaw depending on what SPT can do with them.

Deep stuff= Alpine if your in the North shore or Kirkwood if your in South lake.

Just my .02!

Cool thread. I love to snowboard. its a big part of my life. started when i was 6...turning 30 next month. Was born into a skiing family as a kid. Grew up snowboarding when it wasnt even really a sport. The local pee sized mtn i grew up only allowed snowboarding on wednesdays and we were the "rebels". Its been cooling seeing how far the sport has come. I competed when i was younger and had some small local success. Unfortunately to continue ridding and get better I needed to travel to bigger mountains and that wasn't a reality for my family. So I took a few years off and got back into when i could do it on my own. since then I go everywhere in the winter. i live on the east but make my way to CO and UT for about a mth during winter. Spend some in BC as well. Any how over the years I've obtained many boards and gear. This is some of my collection.

Every board has a story to me and they all get used at some point.

Now lets hope for snow this year!!!

I live out in the Arizona desert so winter sports aren't a big part of my daily routine. But I'm an old school guy. I ride on an old old pair of K2 TNC Comp with the Marker MRR bindings but I gotta get some step ins bindings cause I've developed a condition in my stomach area that prevents me from bending over to click my boots in....

Thanks guys!
