Yessir! Thanks, You've got some great boards there as well. I feel like Mervin revolutionized the snowboard industry by implementing new designs that specifically suit the unique needs of standing sideways on a single plank. Between the banana, magna-traction, and now the toe/heel specific sidecut (on a couple Gnus anyways), they've definitely raised the bar for snowboard design...


How'd you mount your boards on the wall like that?

Couldn’t agree more. After riding standard camber boards, switching to my Lib with magna-traction, and C2 banana it was a whole new game. Its the magna-traction for me that gets the job done. Especially riding on the east where icy runs are more common then anything. Im not a brand name kinda guy but if a company is doing something right and making a good product that actually works rather than hype ill support it. Im definitely a Lib groupie lol

Getting the boards mounted on the wall was kinda a work in progress till i figured it out. I bought U shaped screws from home depot and messed around with the openings until i got them almost full circle, just enough to squeeze the boards in snug. Was able to get every screw into the stud on the wall. Measured and repeated. Took a few hrs and some beers but they are on their perfect. I’m way to anal to have them off center. Its definitely a unique look

Ha! You noticed the ladies boards! Living in SoCal most of my riding is through terrain parks. I learned from a friend how much easier it is hitting up the jib parks using ladies boards.

My main sticks are in the middle. Burton Dominant for the park and Gnu Riders Choice for all mountain riding.

Nice taste in boards. Arbor makes nice stuff. I'v wanted an A-Frame to add to collection for a while now. The new Wasteland is awesome looking

Yakima Powderhound(?) bolts right up to the factory rails and works great.

I'm too lazy to get the decks out since they're in storage and the shed, plus the hills won't be open for a few weeks. I'll grab pics later but here's what I can remember:

Rode all last year on a 11' Ride crush 156w but sold it to a lifty. Plan for this season is to buy a 12' crush 156w and DC PBJ 159w or Agenda 161w.

Went to Snowshoe for a few days instead of eating turkey to get ready for my trip to CA. I had wanted to hit up Tahoe or Mammoth while on leave but might have to "settle" for Big Bear and AZ Snowbowl given time constraints.

I just upgraded to Atomic Smoke Ti from my craigslist special K2 SLX's.
